The most interesting part in small entrepreneurship is it is relatively available, by that I mean that it is luring to all layer of society, no matter what gender, school degree, financial condition and other similar stuff like that for potential entrepreneur. It is because a lot of market ideas and concepts(plans) can relatively easy be achieved  with even small amount of equity.

INNOVATION and MOTIVATION


Small entrepreneurs are a lot more creative and they easily understand i can act more quickly if market changes, unlike big companies. We often think that big companies are not affected, yes they are, in their measures. Small entrepreneurs have work habits, they work a lot longer than usual, harder, creatively and it is all followed with big enthusiasm, which is huge plus, because it is very important thing that makes us more motivated.

MARKET ADAPTABILITY

Small entrepreneurs can react more quickly and they can adjust their business according to sudden market changes, and with little or no problem focus on market needs, which involves problems like number of products, quality, place and prices and other. Imagine this like watching a race with a sedan car with weaker engine and SUV who is more powerful than the sedan car, SUV will probably win on a drag race, but when you need to take a sharp turn, SUV is logy, heavy and it 'suddenly' becomes slow, but ordinary limousine is more agile, it moves quicker when their is 'bumb' on the road. It's the same for big and small companies.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT


Small entrepreneurship is the best occasion  for self-employment people no matter what gender are you, also you are you're own boss which is no.1 factor why people often choose to create their own business.

When you are about to start you own business, their is a huge risk that you will probably fail at business, small entrepreneurs fail at much higher percentage than big companies. It is due to all the responsibilities rely on one man/woman who owns it, their capabilities, skills and their knowledge.

NO MONEY

While starting you're own business can be relatively easy, for some people it is not, what I mean by this, is people hardly find their way to capital money, or even if they have it enough they usually spend it on unnecessary stuff they don't need to, but they tough they do. It all makes the business very hard to handle, because it seems like you are only giving and investing but you are not getting anything back.

LACK of KNOWLEDGE 

Very few people think they can handle everything themselves, but I sure that almost 99.99% of newbie entrepreneurs think that they can handle everything what comes in their way, even the jobs they don't have a clue about. It is strictly advised to hire specialized people for specialized job, you simply have to let other people do their job to!

Let's go with some general things you can do with this, you can have unique style design; CMS will allow you to create your own design, you can try, experiment and publish all kinds of web style you wanted, there is really no limit to this, also you can add custom modules and many more. Custom Plugins; without these, you will be overrun by your competitors, this is the 'heart' of every CMS, and it can drastically improve functionality of you webpage.

The Differences Between Rich People and "Ordinary" People

We all want to be like them, we all want to know how are they thinking, what they do, how they do it & why we can't be like them? Ask any rich man or women, and he/she won't know how to answer to you're question, because it is actually really silly one.

In my today's Blog we will talk about most common boundaries that prevents vast majority of people from even making a first step in their carrier. Most important I would say.





1.Fear Of Failure

This thing, felling probably hunts us since we were children. Again, ask any rich person what they think about taking risks and fear of failure, most of them will tell you that you should even double your rate of failure, you have to fail, fail and fail because failure is path to success. It seems like fear of failure is more harmful then failure itself, but most people don't realize that, because they never left their comfort zone, they prefer to play it safe. Most people even don't realize their potential because of that, every rich person failed many & many times before they actually 'taste the money'. Learn from your failures.

2.Confidence

The difference between the bully and bullied are in most cases that the bully is more confident, the bullied is not, everyone know him/her as the one who has low self esteem. People have this integrated sensor with whom they  instantly find out what's your level of confidence and they act accordingly to it. If you don't believe in your abilities, no one else will. Your negative thoughts will occupy your mind and you will never have the courage to step out. Just imagine how would other people treat you if you had just a little more confidence than you have now. This leads to my next boundary.

3.Inspiration

To accomplish something, you need to have a desire. Desire for success in this case, imagine yourself  let's say 5-10 years from now, in your brand new BMW. Stopping at the red light, and every other drivers and pedestrians staring at your car wishing they had it too. Inspiration leads to motivation and motivation leads to action, and action leads well in this case BMW. In order to success, be sure that you are regularly inspired, and you should never be satisfied with your currently situation.

4.Be Persistent

There is nothing worse than starting something, anything and then leave it unfinished. This is closely related to my 1st reason why people never get rich. Ask any rich person, in order to succeed at something you have to be persistent, nothing else helps, no matter if you have Einsteins IQ, you are simply not that lucky.(Even Einstein was persistent if that worries you). Every rich person is persistent, even those who got lucky and won the lottery.

5.Be Aware Where You're Money Goes

Yes, most of people spend more money than they have. On stuff they don't need. Rich people know where their every penny goes, and most of them are even modest. Bill Gates driver old Porsche 911, but you can drive an old Porsche if you want too, but that will get you only more in debt. It doesn't matter how you track it, it is important that you do. You will surprised, but most of people even don't know how much they spend. Just take a notebook and write everything down.

Why People Fail at Making Money

I'd like to share in my opinion top five reasons why people fail, when it comes to making money with internet.

First of all, many of you people here are way to misinformed, you probably heard that many people are making tons of money with little or no effort whatsoever, and then you think "Oh, this sounds pretty amazing, why shouldn't I try it too?" This sentence, leads us to my first reason why people don't succeed in this kind of business.

1. Making Money on Internet is Like "Walk in the Park"

No. In fact, huge, enormous, tremendous NO. I don't want to scare you, but it is not easy. Most people think if they choose to make money on Internet, they will have to put some little effort in beginning an their life is set on autopilot. Making money on internet is like any other business on planet, except you have huge benefits like staying at home, less health problems, no traveling and enjoying your free time with your kids if you have them. 

2. People Give Up Too Soon

So, they thought this was like walk in the park, then they try it, they saw how it works, and they decide that this kind of venture doesn't quite fit their expectations. So they quit. Just like that. So as you can see, reasons are probably very similar why people fail at any kind of business, not just with Internet.

3.Too Much Reading

People waste too much time on reading and finding the right "Internet Making Money Formula" which doesn't exist in their eyes. I think most of you guys are afraid to move out from your comfort zone. Yes, you think if you try it, and if you fail that the world will fall apart. Being afraid of failure is totally natural. I'm afraid too, imagine the fear of people who went to war for instance, how they were afraid? But, they knew there is no other choose than that. So, force you're self to get-out of your comfort zone. 

4.Lack Of Motivation

Next time when you are about to start anything, make sure you finish it! This has a lot to do with my 2nd reason, most people give up too soon and their motivation, inspiration disappears. In every step of the process, remember yourself of the positive results you will get if you keep working. Sometimes, even my motivation reduces, and when that happens I go to YouTube and watch videos of my favorite car for example. There has to be something that keeps you on the road too, you just have to find it.

5.Focus

This thing even happens to me. Let me explain. Many people think that if they start working on five project at once, they will get five times more money. Many people do it, even I did, before, and all I can say it's the stupidest thing you could do. To succeed in one thing you have to make sure that you put all the effort in it, but it is simply impossible to put all the effort in five projects at the same time. You are only losing your precious time, and this is the most valuable thing when it comes to making money on Internet.
